Setting up FAQs
If payment is not received by the Friday of the service week, a $10 late fee will be applied, and an invoice will be issued the following Monday. Service will continue on the scheduled date; however, payment for both the current and previous service will be due by the Friday of that week. If payment is not received by the following Monday, service will be suspended until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
While we make every effort to avoid mowing wet lawns, heavy rain and morning dew in our area may require us to mow when grass is damp. Our commercial mowers are equipped to handle wet grass, and we adjust our mowing speed to minimize turf damage and ensure proper mulching. In the event of a heavy downpour, service will be postponed to the earliest possible date, and your regular schedule will resume in the following week(s).
Yes, we have general liability insurance in case the inevitable happens. We take full financial responsibility for any property damage caused by us and have relationships with companies that offer window installation. We ask that if you have irrigation systems or hidden obstructions in your lawn that you notify us before service so that we may document it to avoid any damages
