When are lawn maintenance payments due?

Payment for lawn maintenance services is due upon completion of service or no later than the following Friday of that same week. An invoice will be issued on the day service is completed and will reflect the applicable Friday as the payment due date.

Are there any fees for late payments?

If payment is not received by the Friday of the service week, a $10 late fee will be applied, and an invoice will be issued the following Monday. Service will continue on the scheduled date; however, payment for both the current and previous service will be due by the Friday of that week. If payment is not received by the following Monday, service will be suspended until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Will my service be discontinued for late payments?

We allow up to two late payments per season. After a third late payment, services may be suspended indefinitely, or future services may require payment in advance.

What if it rains on my service date?

While we make every effort to avoid mowing wet lawns, heavy rain and morning dew in our area may require us to mow when grass is damp. Our commercial mowers are equipped to handle wet grass, and we adjust our mowing speed to minimize turf damage and ensure proper mulching. In the event of a heavy downpour, service will be postponed to the earliest possible date, and your regular schedule will resume in the following week(s).

How often do you offer lawn maintenance?

We offer lawn maintenance services on a weekly or biweekly schedule only.

Do you offer one time service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do offer one-time lawn cuts; however, this is a single service only. Afterward, recurring service on a weekly or biweekly schedule is required. One-time cuts are priced by square footage, and additional charges may apply for overgrown grass or extra edging.

How can I sign up for additional service(s) outside of routine lawn maintenance?

We offer additional services on Fridays, which may include—but are not limited to—hedge trimming, fence clean-ups, mulching, aeration, fertilization, seeding, and weed treatment. Payment for all additional services is due upon completion.

Can I skip service?

Clients are allowed one service skip per season. After a second skipped service, we reserve the right to discontinue services. During periods of drought, we may skip a scheduled service with your permission if it is determined that service is not necessary that week.

How long is the lawn season?

Spring clean-ups begin on March 1st, with regular lawn maintenance starting between mid-March and April 1st. Lawn mowing is provided on a weekly or biweekly basis through October 31st. Leaf removal services commence on November 1st, unless weather conditions require adjustments to the schedule.

What methods of payments are accepted?

Payments are accepted through our invoicing service, Stripe, which allows clients to pay securely online using a debit or credit card. We also accept payments via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Chime, and PayPal. Please note that cash payments or personal checks are not accepted.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a discount of $200 for weekly clients when the full season is paid in advance by May 1st. Refunds for any missed services will be issued by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, we offer discounts for displaying a yard sign advertising our business, subject to mutual agreement.

Lawn maintenance is scheduled Monday through Thursday each week. Friday’s are tailored specifically for completing additional services and to accommodate any delays caused by weather.

Yes, we have general liability insurance in case the inevitable happens. We take full financial responsibility for any property damage caused by us and have relationships with companies that offer window installation. We ask that if you have irrigation systems or hidden obstructions in your lawn that you notify us before service so that we may document it to avoid any damages

No, we just ask that we have access to the property and aggressive pets are secured on your day of service.

Yes, per request, we offer residential snow removal along with pre treatment and post salt application. This includes driveways, walkway, and sidewalks.
